Saturday Nov. 23: Practice @ Noon @ Ralph B. Clarke Park, Buena Park : Various Hill runs to simulate Mt SAC course.

Sunday, Nov 24: OFF ! Stretch frequently so you’re not sore on Monday !

Monday, Nov 25: Practice @ 2pm @ Gahr: 70 minute run.

Tuesday, Nov 26: Practice at 1030:am @ Cerritos College stadium. 6 X (2 laps/bleachers).

Wednesday, Nov 27: Practice @ 2pm @ Gahr (If not raining). 1 mile, 4 laps surge, 1 mile barefoot.

Thursday, Nov 28: Happy Thanksgiving !!

Friday, Nov 29: Easy 5 miles.

Saturday, Nov 30: 10 X loops @ Reservoir Hill Park.

Sunday, Dec 1: Off ! Stretch a lot !!!!
