Cross Country Preseason Conditioning: First Day Back

Returning to School On Monday, November 2 Gahr XC runners will begin preseason conditioning 2 days per week (Mon & Thur). ONLY eligible athletes ( that is athletes with a current Physical & Emergency Clearance forms turned in) may attend. Girls & Frosh/Soph Boys will check in at 2:30pm (Jr & Sr Boys at 3:30pm)

Natalyn Membreno Places Well at Cluster Meet #1

Girls Varsity The league has been dominated by Warren, Downey & Paramount for the past few years, but Natalyn & Isra Malabeh are trying to remedy that situation by the time they get to the Finals meet. Cluster #1, our first step towards a playoff birth, had Nataleyn in 7th place & Isra at 13th.

Girls Varsity XC Goes 6 for 6 at Woodbridge Invitational

The Girls Varsity runners got 6 out of 6 for PRs at the very fast Woodbridge Invitational. Running Saturday night in the Gold A race, our team was led by soph Natalyn Membreno in 19:49 good for 50th place. Senior Isra Malabeh was close behind at 56th in 19:52 and frosh Alexa Canchola was 74th in 20:13.
